Through interdisciplinary research and cross-sector collaboration, we promote evidence-based decisions in accessible and ethical AI systems that foster equal opportunity and dignity at workplaces.

AI Inclusive Work Lab is the new European creative hub of TU Dortmund (Germany), Norwegian University of Science and Technology (Norway), Aalborg University (Denmark), Utrecht University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands) and Gdańsk University of Technology (Poland).
